submitted by Carlos D. - |Recommended: NoNice — Think twice before moving here .People don't pick up after their dogs, the dogs are free to relieve themselves anywhere. I've been here 5 months and there have been shady people moving in. They need to have security around the property, things have been missing . People from the other complex bring their chairs and hang out by the water front. I don't believe I will be staying when my lease Ed spires.

submitted by Sherry M. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful property with amazing amenities — I moved in A first floor due to a medical condition I didn't want to live where there were stairs and wanted an attached covered garage. Bldg A has MAJOR parking issues. First, there is not enough parking, 2nd they added electric car spaces and took up valuable spaces. I live on 1 and rarely can park anywhere close to 1. No assigned parking, everyday you have to find an available space. If you get home after 5 00 must park at another Bldg. I was one of the first people to move in here in 2017. I asked for a reserved space and they told me there was a waiting list and IF I got one it would be in another garage. This was hard to understand when we were 50 occupied. Why would I move to A then get a reserved space in another bldg and walk in the elements The entire reason I moved to a bldg. with attached covered parking so I wouldn't face the elements Bldg, A North elevator is reserved for moving deliveries sometimes 2-5 times a week and elevator is locked and I must walk stairs. They should rotate between N S elevators to give North residents a break. The elevator is over used therefore it breaks. Between moves and maintenance the elevator is out of service for residences a good portion of time. With 555 units, they should have installed service elevators at each bldg. as there is always someone moving in, out and furniture deliveries. With that said, I moved to floor one to avoid stairs and I was forced to use stairs many times a week and to make it worse, the stairs do not go to the first floor, they open to the outside and I get wet. I know it is for fire code however just another pitfall of having to use the stairs instead of an elevator to my floor. Moving delivery trucks block loading zone, Bldg A garage and the circle is constantly blocked with delivery trucks. All this is very dangerous trying to get to the Bldg. First floor safety pet problem. Residences literally walk their pets all the way up to your windows patio and stare into your apt. Even if they pick up the poo their pets pee and then EVERY pet pees there which is uncomfortable to cook on your patio. Sharon and John tried posting signs but it really didn't help. With all this said, I hope Millcreek Operations review my comments and resolve some of the issue to assist in retain current residents. I was the Listing Agent here at Port and will continue to recommend this property to my clients as it is a beautiful community. However, it just does not work for me anymore.

I've been a resident for over two years and everyday has felt like home. submitted by Amy K. - |Recommended: NoI wouldn't recommend. — No. Looking for a new place to live. Gates for security and doors consistently broken leaving grounds insecure. No rent reduction during COVID19 despite no one being able to use amenities. Constantly smell dog waste from bins around the grounds. Constantly smell smoke from people on their balconies making it hard to enjoy your own balcony. Apartment doors do not insulate any noise from hallways. I have a very loud neighbor who actually works here and constantly plays loud music during crazy hours. Doesn't say much if staff cannot be role models for stellar tenants.

submitted by Marielys O. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful place, need more maintenance in elevators and control dog odor — when we moved we were offered the clean unit, it was not like that the first day of moving I had to spend 5 hours cleaning my kitchen because I still had traces of the person who lived there previously, the floors seem clean but they are really super dirty I had to change the water from my mop 4 times and I feel that I still need more days to clean it, there are always traces of drops of dog urine in the elevators, missing parking or leaving the price of reserved parking lower. It was very easy to move we are happy about that but the other things saddened us a bit.

We are loving our apartment Great modern features, stainless steal appliances and a beautiful view where we can watch the sunset everyday. The grounds are kept very well, we feel like we at a resort living here. Beautiful landscape and very friendly staff and neighbors We love being close to the water and having private areas to jog. We haven’t been able to use the amenities yet due to the Covid 19 lockdown but we are extremely excited to use them once it is safe. We communicated back and fourth with Cory in the leasing office and he is excellent Very knowledgeable with a great attitude. He exceeded our expectations and always responds in a timely manner when we have questions. Cory made our move in very easy and stress free. We are very pleased with our decision to become apart of the Modera community We would 100 recommend
